Welcome to Balance! Elevate Labs, LLC (“Balance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides personalized mediation plans through our Balance mobile application (the “App”) and we provide information about the App through our website (the “Site”). In this Privacy Policy, the Site and the App and our related services are referred to collectively as the “Service” or “Services.”
This Privacy Policy explains what Personal Data (defined below) we collect, how we use and share that data, and your choices concerning our data practices. Personal Data You Provide: We collect Personal Data when you register for or use the Service, contact us with inquiries or otherwise communicate with us, or take our introductory quiz when first logging in to the App. The Personal Data collected during these interactions may vary based on what you choose to share with us, but it will generally include name, email, password, age, whether you are a student or have retired, your mood, and other information relevant to the your mediation goals that will help us provide you with personalized meditation plans (such as sources and degrees of stress, preference for mediation times and other relevant factors). Personal Data may also include payment and transaction information when you make purchases through the Services, such as payment card information and transaction history. Where you log in to the App via Facebook, we may also collect your login credentials and other information you make available to us based on your Facebook settings.
Personal Data We Collect Through Our Social Media Pages: We have pages on social media sites like Facebook and Twitter (“Social Media Pages”). When you interact with our Social Media Pages, we will collect Personal Data that you elect to provide to us, such as your contact details. In addition, the companies that host our Social Media Pages may provide us with aggregate information and analytics regarding the use of our Social Media Pages.
Personal Data We Receive Automatically From Your Use of the Service: When you visit, use and interact with the Service, we may receive certain information about your visit, use or interactions. For example, we may monitor the number of people that visit the Service, peak hours of visits, which page(s) are visited, the domains our visitors come from (e.g., google.com, yahoo.com, etc.), and which browsers people use to access the Service (e.g., Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, etc.), broad geographical information, and navigation pattern. When you visit the careers portion of our website, we collect the Personal Data that you provide to us in connection with your job application. This includes business and personal contact information, professional credentials and skills, educational and work history, and other information of the type that may be included in a resume. This may also include diversity information that you voluntarily provide. We use this information to facilitate our recruitment activities and process employment applications, such as by evaluating a job candidate for an employment activity, and monitoring recruitment statistics.
