Leah Santa Cruz uniquely blends neuroscience and psychology into her meditation teachings. With a background in cognitive and behavioral science followed by a decade working in fast-paced careers for Microsoft and tech startups, she herself experienced anxiety and burnout firsthand. Fortunately, meditation became her path to healing, and today, with over 1,000 hours of yoga and meditation training under her belt, Leah serves as a trusted senior teacher, having taught over 5,000 meditation classes spanning 10 countries and 5 continents.

Leah tailors meditation to the needs of modern people, so they can improve their mental health and handle life's many challenges and demands. She offers tools to transform anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout into peace and empowerment. By emphasizing self-awareness and compassion, Leah helps people create a loving and relaxed relationship with themselves and all they cherish.

Raised on a hobby farm where she cared for a variety of plants and animals, Leah brings a touch of nature's healing to her teachings. Today, she lives in Bali and loves hiking with her family and two dogs, leading meditation teacher trainings, and immersing herself in the rich tapestry of global cultures through travel and retreats.
